Three Children Rescued from Icy Water by Strangers

When a car with three children plunged into icy water, ten random passers-by combined their efforts to rescue the kids. The underwater doors couldn't be opened, so an off-duty officer shot out one of the windows with a handgun. Others performed CPR on two of the children, who were lifeless, and brought them back to life!
